The Host / Brand Ambassador is a pivotal role within our dining room, serving as the first point of contact and the curator of each guest’s arrival experience. This position requires poise, professionalism, and an innate understanding of elevated hospitality. As a Brand Ambassador, you embody the standards, culture, and attention to detail that define Fielding’s Steak, ensuring every guest interaction reflects refinement, warmth, and intention.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver a gracious, polished welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience

Manage reservations, pacing, and table assignments with precision and discretion

Utilize reservation systems to optimize guest flow, anticipate needs, and accommodate special requests

Communicate seamlessly with management and service teams to ensure fluid dining room operations

Maintain an impeccably presented host stand and entry experience at all times

Provide knowledgeable guidance on menus, private dining, and upcoming events

Address guest inquiries or concerns with tact, professionalism, and solution-oriented hospitality

Support the service team to uphold consistent standards throughout service

Qualifications

Previous experience in upscale or fine-dining hospitality preferred

Proficiency with reservation platforms such as OpenTable or comparable systems

Strong understanding of dining room pacing, table management, and guest flow

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask gracefully in a high-volume, luxury environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
