    Job Summary

    We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and tech-savvy Brand Ambassador to represent our company in the field. In this role, you will be the face of our brand—helping small business owners discover how our POS systems and credit card processing solutions can simplify operations and increase profitability.

    You’ll attend local events and tradeshows, visit local Chambers of Commerce, create engaging social media content by interacting with current clients on-site, and build relationships with business owners in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating content, and being part of a growing, fast-paced company.

    Responsibilities

    Represent the company at local events, trade shows, chamber of commerce and networking opportunities as a brand spokesperson

    Engage with small business owners to introduce our solutions and generate interest/leads

    Visit local businesses to build relationships and promote our services

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns and promotions

    Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and community outreach

    Help increase brand awareness through both digital content and in-person interactions

    Create and post engaging content showcasing our POS systems and merchant services across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

    Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media engagement

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or in a customer-facing role preferred

    Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred

    Strong social media presence and experience creating content (video, reels, posts, etc.)

    Comfortable being on camera and speaking with business owners face-to-face

    Interest in technology, POS systems, or payment processing is a plus

    Familiarity with social media tools

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working independently

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events and business visits daily
