The Brand Ambassador is the face and spirit of our guest experience—an enthusiastic, service-driven team member whose mission is to elevate every moment our customers spend with us. This role blends attentive hospitality with proactive service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave. The Brand Ambassador actively engages with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolves issues with empathy and speed, maintains a pristine dining environment, and promotes our products with pride and positivity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming guests and engaging them in informal quality surveys to gather feedback
Offering essential service items such as plates, silverware, napkins, and drink refills
Providing condiments and toppings such as cheese and peppers
Anticipating and addressing customer needs, including running products to tables and providing to-go boxes
Encouraging satisfied guests to share positive reviews
Promoting menu items and combinations to encourage return visits
Keeping the dining room and restrooms exceptionally clean and organized
Proactively resolving any customer dissatisfaction with warmth and professionalism
The ideal candidate will be an experienced person with proven track record in hospitality. We are looking for a very outgoing personality that is able to problem solve on the spot.
