We specialize in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building brand awareness for our clients. Over the years, we've partnered with some of the world's most recognizable brands, helping them grow through innovative campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

    We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative. As an integral part of our customer experience team, you'll help shape the way consumers connect with our clients' brands, fostering meaningful relationships and driving success.

    Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

    • Connect with customers to address inquiries, provide product knowledge, and offer solutions that enhance their experience with our clients' brand.
    • Work alongside experienced team members to learn best practices and gain product knowledge, setting you up for long-term success in customer service and brand communication.
    • Use your knowledge of our client products to educate consumers and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs.
    • Leverage our POS system to help customers create personalized product/service packages and ensure a smooth, hassle-free purchase process.
    • Attend daily team meetings, share insights, and contribute to improving customer service efforts and strategies.
    • As you grow in your role, help onboard and support newer team members, fostering a collaborative and successful work environment.

    Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required.
    • Previous experience in customer service or any customer-facing environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
    • A student mentality with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within
