• Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Gather feedback from clients and market trends to share with internal teams.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional strategies.

• Support lead generation through in-person and referral-based outreach.

• Track engagement metrics and report on performance regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or brand representation is highly desirable.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and client-facing environments
