As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of zTrip—building strong community relationships, representing the brand at events, and helping expand awareness of our services. What You’ll Do as a Brand Ambassador

• Represent zTrip at community events, business functions, and networking activities
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
• Promote zTrip’s services and highlight key benefits to potential riders and partners
• Support business development by identifying outreach opportunities
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and social media efforts
• Conduct market outreach and provide feedback to leadership
• Track engagement metrics and share updates with internal teams
• Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly presence consistent with the zTrip brand

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, outreach, sales, or community engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Reliable, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to groups or individuals
• Goal‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to represent the brand professionally in a variety of settings
• Experience in transportation, hospitality, events, or marketing is a plus
