    Job Description

    Hurom is seeking a Brand Representative with superb public speaking skills to join our expanding marketing team. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual eager to advance their career quickly in a marketing or sales role.

    Core Responsibilities

    Drive Sales at Roadshow Events: Serve as the on-site brand representative at Hurom's roadshow booth, actively engaging customers and demonstrating our premium juicers to drive purchases.Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Hurom products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to a diverse customer base.Public Demonstrations: Confidently present product demos to live audiences, showcasing the ease of use, quality, and health benefits of Hurom juicers.Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and informative environment at the booth by building rapport with shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchase process. Travel to retail locations in the Northeast region (Boston - DC) for roadshow events (typically 10 days per show). Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently is a must. Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setup, teardown, and transportation of booth displays and demo equipment; ensure all presentation materials are clean, functional, and brand-compliant.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales goals through enthusiastic and persuasive customer interaction. Earn commission on every sale.Collect and Report Feedback: Relay customer feedback, regional trends, and market insights to the marketing and product teams to help improve customer experience and product performance.Maintain Booth Standards: Ensure the booth is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times in accordance with Hurom’s brand guidelines.

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate for the Marketing Associate position at Hurom possesses the following qualities:

    • Interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
    • Comfortable speaking in front of crowds.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and enthusiasm for engaging with new people.
    • Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
    • Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus.
