    The Brand Architect is responsible for designing, building, and protecting the visual and written identity of the brand across all platforms. This role blends creative vision with hands-on execution, producing high-end graphic design, compelling copy, and cohesive marketing campaigns across print, email, and social media. This is a strategic, creative leadership role for someone who is brand-obsessed, detail-oriented, and excited to use AI tools to elevate marketing efforts while keeping everything human and authentic. Responsibilities: • Design luxury marketing materials for print, email, and social media • Maintain and evolve brand standards (colors, fonts, layouts, tone) • Write and edit on-brand copy for email campaigns and social media • Manage and maintain online presence and brand consistency • Plan and execute cohesive marketing campaigns • Leverage AI tools to improve creative efficiency and consistency • Build and manage templates, brand libraries, and workflows What Success Looks Like • A cohesive, elevated, recognizable brand • Consistent, polished marketing delivered on time • Strong engagement across digital platforms • Proactive campaign execution • Smart, effective use of AI tools This role is ideal for someone who wants to help build something special and long-lasting. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Strong graphic design skills (Canva required, Adobe preferred) • Excellent writing and editing ability • Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling • Experience managing social media and digital presence • Comfort using AI tools in creative workflows • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive Preferred Experience • Real estate or luxury brand marketing • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Flodesk, etc.) • Video or reel editing • Basic analytics knowledge Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
