    Overview:
    Vista Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for a creative and highly organized Brand Assistant & Event Coordinator to support our brand presence in Dallas. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing luxury events and marketing experiences that reflect the sophistication of our clientele.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with planning and executing open houses, private showings, and client events

    • Manage RSVPs, coordinate logistics, and liaise with vendors and partners

    • Support brand initiatives, including influencer outreach and media partnerships

    • Assist in the creation of visual content for events and social campaigns

    • Track event ROI and gather client feedback

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years in event planning, marketing coordination, or brand support

    • Passion for luxury design, lifestyle, and client experience

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to work evenings or weekends for events as needed

    • Knowledge of Dallas’s luxury market and social scene is a plus
