Overview:
Vista Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for a creative and highly organized Brand Assistant & Event Coordinator to support our brand presence in Dallas. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing luxury events and marketing experiences that reflect the sophistication of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and executing open houses, private showings, and client events
Manage RSVPs, coordinate logistics, and liaise with vendors and partners
Support brand initiatives, including influencer outreach and media partnerships
Assist in the creation of visual content for events and social campaigns
Track event ROI and gather client feedback
Qualifications:
2+ years in event planning, marketing coordination, or brand support
Passion for luxury design, lifestyle, and client experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work evenings or weekends for events as needed
Knowledge of Dallas’s luxury market and social scene is a plus
