Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, you will be the linchpin between Brand Command and our valued clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: • Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships. • Project Management : Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring all client deliverables are met with the highest quality standards. • Job Processing : Oversee the processing of incoming jobs, ensuring that each project is aligned with client expectations and company capabilities. Qualifications: • You have a knack for managing client relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Experience in account management or a related field is preferred but not essential. We value a willingness to learn and adapt over previous experience. • You're organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly
