    ** Eastern States Exposition (ESE)—home of The Big E —is looking for a Brand Creative Coordinator who lives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and digital media. If you’re a creative powerhouse with a passion for making brands shine, this is your chance to help tell the story of ESE and its signature events all year long.

    **What You’ll Do
    ** As our Brand Creative Coordinator, you’ll help shape the visual voice of The Big E and our related brands. Every day is different—you might be filming behind the scenes, editing a high-energy recap, designing a campaign graphic, or crafting a message that reaches thousands.

    You will:

    • Support Digital Content Manager to create standout photos, videos, and multimedia assets for social, digital ads, and our website.
    • Produce and edit short-form video content for social media that highlights ESE events, exhibits, entertainment, agriculture, and community programs.
    • Support creative content for secondary brands including the Fiber Festival of New England, Storrowton Village Museum, and Agriculture accounts (Horse Show, Agriculture, Creative Arts).
    • Design digital and print marketing materials aligned with ESE’s brand identity and campaign themes.
    • Write engaging copy for social media, email and print newsletters, and web updates—keeping messaging sharp, authentic, and on-brand.
    • Assist with campaign management and social scheduling across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
    • Capture on-site event content.
    • Support advertising creative, sponsorship activations, on-site promotions, and special projects.
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive, consistent visual storytelling.
    • Lend design and editing skills to internal teams and partners as needed.
    • Bring fresh ideas that elevate engagement, storytelling, and the overall digital presence of ESE.

    **What You Bring
    ** We’re looking for a resourceful, imaginative creator who thrives in hands-on, high-energy environments.

    Ideal candidates have:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience in digital content creation for social media is a must.
    • Demonstrated skills in multimedia production.
    • High-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling instincts.
    • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Bonus points for illustration or artistic abilities!
    • Excellent organization, time management, and project juggling skills.
    • Availability to work long hours and weekends during major events including Hooplandia, Fiber Festival of New England, Storrowton Village Museum programs and all 17 days of The Big E.
    • Familiarity with basketball, agriculture, or subject matter related to ESE mission and programs (a plus, not required).

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $55,000–$65,000 starting salary
