  • Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do

    • Design and produce high-quality creative assets throughout the patient and provider journey, including website content, social media graphics and animations, presentations, and print materials.
    • Collaborate with sales, patient experience, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals and requirements into clear, compelling visual solutions.
    • Develop and expand the company’s creative system using existing brand guidelines, building scalable templates, components, and asset libraries for use across teams.
    • Ensure brand consistency and a high standard of design quality across all touchpoints, proactively identifying and addressing gaps within the current visual identity.
    • Apply knowledge and best practices from medtech, orthotech, healthcare, or related industries to create effective experiences for both patients and provider partners.
    • Test and introduce new creative approaches, using feedback from patients, providers, and internal teams to quickly refine and improve designs.
    • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production while maintaining a strong focus on originality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously through Asana, ensuring priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations remain aligned.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in brand, visual, or creative design, including experience building or expanding a creative system, design system, or asset library.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating a broad range of work, including patient- and provider-facing creative, digital and print assets, campaigns, and system-level design thinking.
    • A strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy, along with the judgment to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively.
    • Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience using Canva and Asana for creative production and project management.
    • Previous experience within medtech, orthotech, healthcare, or another healthcare-adjacent industry is strongly preferred.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback.
    • A builder’s mindset with the ability to work effectively in an evolving environment, identify opportunities for improvement, and create structure where processes or systems are still being developed.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
    • Experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools and the ability to use them to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality or originality.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience creating work for both patient and healthcare provider audiences within a shared brand system.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements or other regulated healthcare communications.
    • Motion graphics or animation experience.
