Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead digital-first marketing campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and affinity for the Kodak brand. This role requires a blend of big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution—someone who can develop compelling campaign concepts and ensure they come to life seamlessly across digital platforms.
You’ll define the role of each digital channel, guide content development, and manage brand storytelling that resonates across a global consumer base. This is an exciting opportunity to build campaigns that drive impact for one of the most iconic brands in photography.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Lead the end-to-end planning of integrated digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
Conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with Kodak’s brand vision and product roadmap.
Define objectives, messaging hierarchy, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.
Digital Channel Strategy
Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs, tailored to their unique audiences.
Establish and maintain a consistent tone of voice, content themes, and storytelling pillars across all channels.
Determine the role of each channel in the customer journey and how they work together.
Campaign Execution & Performance Management
Oversee execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and production vendors.
Monitor performance data and iterate strategies to optimize results.
Ongoing Content & Brand Management
Own the content calendar across platforms, balancing new product launches and evergreen brand storytelling.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, visuals, and campaign timing.
Continuously identify new storytelling angles that reflect brand values and consumer interests.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in brand-driven campaign planning.
Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their roles in brand marketing.
Proven track record of executing digital campaigns with measurable results.
Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for brand storytelling.
Highly organized, data-conscious, and performance-driven.
Preferred: Background in a marketing or creative agency environment.
