    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    As Brand Initiatives Coordinator, you will serve as a key go-to partner to the Brand Management team, helping bring a wide variety of marketing and brand-related initiatives to life - work that strengthens the Primrose brand and supports enrollment growth. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, naturally curious and excited to gain hands-on experience to multiple areas of marketing and brand management. This is a full-time, hourly position based in our Atlanta Support Center.

    Support the Brand Management team with a variety of marketing, communications and brand-related initiatives.

    Assist with competitive research and market analysis projects that shape smart decision making.

    Coordinate creative requests and support the success of integrated marketing campaigns.

    Keep franchise owner-facing documents, guides, and resources current, updated and useful to drive business goals.

    Support internal communications efforts and maintain content on the company intranet.

    Participate in internal and external vendor meetings and assist with project coordination and follow-up activities to move the business forward.

    Prepare presentations, research summaries and supporting materials for marketing initiatives to gain alignment.

    Organize project documentation and help ensure projects remain on track and completed on time.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred.

    1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn.

    Ability to collaborate effectively and provide excellent internal customer service.
