    Casainc is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Brand Manager based in the U.S. to lead our brand image transformation and elevate our positioning in the kitchen & bath industry. This role is responsible for shaping our high-end product identity, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, retail, exhibitions), and driving brand growth in the U.S. and international markets.

    Work Arrangement

    Location: Remote or hybrid (preferred in California, Texas, Georgia, New Jersey, or Florida)

    Occasional travel required for showroom visits, exhibitions, or media collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute Casainc’s brand strategy across digital and physical touchpoints, with a focus on premium positioning.

    Lead creative direction and brand messaging for product launches, campaigns, packaging, and content.

    Manage the content calendar and coordinate across departments for brand consistency (including website, Amazon, Wayfair, social media, showroom, trade show).

    Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to shape high-end product lines (naming, visual identity, storytelling).

    Work with external partners (photographers, media, influencers, NKBA/KBIS contacts) to generate brand exposure.

    Establish and manage visual and tone-of-voice guidelines.

    Oversee development of marketing collaterals, catalogs, A+ content, video scripts, and PR releases.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field.

    3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in home, interior, or lifestyle categories.

    Fluent in English; Chinese bilingual is a plus.

    Deep understanding of U.S. consumer mindset and design aesthetics.

    Proficient in brand building tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, Mailchimp, social platforms, etc.

    Strong communication, organization, and creative project management skills.

    Familiarity with trade shows (e.g., KBIS), PR channels (Houzz, ArchDaily), and showroom branding is a plus.
