    Your Role

    Develop and execute brand strategies that drive market leadership and customer loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy: Define vision, core values, and voice guidelines across all locations.

    Market Positioning: Lead competitor analysis and target customer profiling.

    Consumer Insights: Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, NPS, review sentiment).

    Delivery Platform Management: Optimize menus/promotions on Uber Eats/DoorDash to increase sales contribution.

    Team Leadership

    Must-Have Qualifications

    3+ years F&B brand management with 2+ successful restaurant case studies (submit PDF).

    1+ years managing teams of 5+ in restaurant/hospitality

    Deep F&B expertise: Menu psychology, local market adaptation, crisis management.

    Fluent English & Mandarin (for China-facing supply chain/vendors).
