Job Description
The Versant Digital Platforms & Ventures team is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator for the Fandango Brand Marketing team. The role is responsible for supporting the Fandango Brand Marketing team with tactical project management required across multiple campaigns and initiatives. Core responsibilities will include project coordination, brand and creative asset management, partner coordination, event and activation support, timeline tracking, presentation support, and an expectation to become deeply familiarized with the Fandango (ticketing), Fandango at Home (streaming), Fandango FanClub, and Rotten Tomatoes businesses. This role will work closely with the Brand Marketing team and leadership to help drive key brand campaigns forward, from briefing to execution, and will be essential in managing day-to-day coordination tasks. It will be essential to demonstrate a high level of organization, a detail-oriented approach, and a proactive, nimble attitude to ensure smooth collaboration within and across teams.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to quickly pivot between priorities, discern what matters, and understand the nuances of the Fandango business and the role it plays within Versant. Uniquely, this is an opportunity for hands-on exposure to the Brand Marketing function and more broadly to the entertainment ecosystem across multiple industry touchpoints and stakeholders.
