    Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

    Compensation: $131,500 - $164,000 Annual Salary

    The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.     About the Role:

    The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the execution of brand, local, and new restaurant marketing initiatives across the Din Tai Fung portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for managing the rollout of seasonal campaigns and brand elevation initiatives, overseeing store-level marketing activations, and supporting new restaurant openings. This role will lead project planning, cross-functional coordination, and internal communications, while also owning performance tracking and reporting. This role requires a strong balance of strategic execution, operational alignment, and team mentorship—ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.

    Responsibilities:

    Execute seasonal marketing campaigns, new menu items, and guest-facing brand elevation initiatives, managing project timelines, internal communications, and rollout logistics based on strategic direction set by senior leadership. Ensure all creative assets and guest-facing materials are delivered on time, and on brand.

    Develop and execute local restaurant marketing (LRM) initiatives in alignment with quarterly and annual brand strategy, including store-level campaigns, event activations, and internal rollout communications. Draft store briefs, and campaign recaps to support regional marketing performance.

    Manage the execution of new restaurant openings (NROs) marketing strategy from pre-launch through post-launch, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional planning to ensure consistent and high-impact market entry.

    Track and analyze KPIs for brand, LRM, and NRO campaigns, translating performance data and guest insights into actionable recommendations. Own recap development and reporting for individual store LRM plans to inform future campaign planning and strategic adjustments.

    Serve as the day-to-day lead for marketing execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment to SOPs, timely communication, and operational readiness across functions including Ops, TLC, and Guest Experience.

    Mentor and support the Marketing Communications Specialist, providing guidance on project execution, creative coordination, and rollout logistics to support team development and executional excellence.

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

    5–7 years of experience in brand, retail, restaurant or hospitality marketing, with a proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns from planning through launch

    Strong marketing analytics skills with proven sales-driving experience

    Experience managing agencies

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple deadlines

    Strong experience in writing and developing campaign briefs

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Requirements:

    MBA or MS in Marketing

    A sharp creative eye and deep understanding of brand storytelling across digital and in-store platforms

    Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Notion) a plus

    Experience working in high-growth environments a plus

    Special Requirements:

    Must be available to support time-sensitive marketing needs outside standard business hours, including campaign launches, urgent approvals, or cross-functional coordination.

    Occasional travel may be required for new store openings, marketing events, vendor meetings, or on-site support.
