Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and support business goals.
Create engaging content for digital channels including social media, email, website, and blog.
Design and manage brand assets to ensure consistent visual and messaging standards across all platforms.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and promotional strategies.
Plan and manage social media calendars, advertising campaigns, and community engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and report key metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (B2B or tech industry experience a plus).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email, content marketing, paid ads).
Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Zendesk or HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Basic knowledge of web design or UX principles; preferred but not a requirement.
Passion for technology, payments, or small business growth.
Salary
$40,000 - $45,000 per year
