Brand My Bags is a custom brand packaging company servicing the cannabis industry. We strive to help our partners stand out from the crowd with eye-catching, full-color print designs on quality, compliant marijuana packaging.

We specialize in Mylar bag packaging, fully printed stand up pouches, and lay flat pouches. We can also custom brand a variety of different containers used by the industry, including pop top vials and glass jars by printing roll stock labels that are transferred onto the containers. We use state-of-the-art printing technology to create whatever our customers have in mind.

As the Sales & Marketing Director for Brand My Bags, you will lead and develop a small team of (3-5) marketers and field sales representatives with the goal of increasing our service reach and recognition primarily in the Cannabis industry as well as food industries. The ideal Sales & Marketing Manager knows how to keep a pulse on day-to-day business activity while constantly developing and implementing fresh marketing and sales initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and drive marketing and promotion strategies

Develop comprehensive customer service and experience protocols to ensure seamless onboarding and positive interactions for newly acquired customers, including establishing communication channels, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

Implements territory marketing/sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns and function as the primary point of contact with third-party eCommerce agencies.

People management: coaching, evaluation, hiring, tracking sales and commissions.

Oversee sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly

Participate in sales efforts, project management and/or the closing of deals involving key accounts as needed.

Requirements:

5+ years’ demonstrated success leading a sales and marketing function with progressive managerial responsibilities

Packaging or Printing background preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proactive self-starter with a great attitude and work ethic

Strong background in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and Salesforce

Ability to fulfill occasional late nights and/or weekend work

Occasional travel attending industry trade shows 2-4 times per year.
