We specialize in Mylar bag packaging, fully printed stand up pouches, and lay flat pouches. We can also custom brand a variety of different containers used by the industry, including pop top vials and glass jars by printing roll stock labels that are transferred onto the containers. We use state-of-the-art printing technology to create whatever our customers have in mind.
As the Executive Assistant for Brand My Bags, you will provide essential support to our leadership team to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around three key pillars: organization, communication, and adaptability.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and maintain the executive team's schedules, appointments, events, and travel itineraries.
Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
Participate in the coordination and organization of meetings, conferences, and special events, which involves taking meeting notes and conveying action items to both executives and team members.
Assist in project management and tracking key milestones and deadlines.
Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal departments and business partners as well as external clients and business partners.
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
Anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of the executive and the company.
Handle unexpected challenges and urgent matters with poise and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
3 + years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
A professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. QuickBooks and Salesforce are a plus.
High level of positive energy, quick learner, and can-do attitude
