    Position: Head/Lead Teacher, (expert in Infant and Toddler development and programing)

    Responsibilities

    Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children

    Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you

    Facilitate infant sign-language, music, art enrichment programming

    Manage classroom safety and ensure a clean learning space

    Maintain a smooth and organized infant/toddler class schedule

    Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community

    Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

    Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

    Qualifications

    College/University degree in an Education-related major

    Child Development Associates (if applicable)

    5+ years of experience working in early childhood education

    5+ years working with infant and toddlers

    Strong leadership skills to thrive in the opening a brand-new preschool

    Strong classroom management and communication skills

    Passion for nurturing and educating young children
