    YOUR IMPACT

    As Brand Partnership Manager at Crunch, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand’s reach and enhancing the value we offer our members. You’ll lead the charge in identifying, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships that drive membership growth and deepen member engagement.

    Your impact will be seen in how you craft compelling proposals, pitch and secure high-impact collaborations with top-tier organizations and deliver win-win solutions for both Crunch and its partners. You will also develop special offers that attract new members and create exclusive benefits that boost loyalty and retention among existing ones.

    With a strong eye on performance, you’ll track KPIs and interpret partnership data to measure success, optimize campaigns, and communicate outcomes across teams. Your creativity, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills will help position Crunch as the fitness brand people want to join—and stay with—because of the value we bring through smart, dynamic partnerships.

    Acquisition Strategy & Execution

    Develop a comprehensive business plan for new member acquisition and member retention through brand partnerships

    Work and manage affiliate partners to provide discounts to Crunch members while driving revenue for the brand

    Own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of brand partnerships.

    Identify and evaluate potential partners and opportunities for collaboration, and tailor the pitch to each partner

    Developing, executing, and managing the offers and working with the marketing team on what we can provide to third-party partners

    Build and maintain strong partnerships with key contacts and nurture new potential partners

    Member acquisition – this person will be tasked with working with top-tier, large-scale organizations to provide special offers on Crunch memberships or free trials

    Develop partnerships specifically for Crunch+, a live and on-demand streaming platform

    Stay on top of trends to provide recommendations to the Crunch leadership team around new potential partners

    Retention

    Member retention – this person will seek out partnerships that provide discounts and special offers to Crunch members that will be promoted to the member base through Crunch-owned channels such as the Crunch app or via email

    Manage the marketing of the deals and discounts to Crunch members, including; keeping the app up to date, maintaining the marketing calendar, scheduling emails, and other outbound communications.

    Consistently review KPIs and reporting around current partners and stay on top of promotional periods

    Review member data to determine which partnerships are effective in member retention

    Collaboration

    Partner with creative and brand marketing teams to develop strong messaging and storytelling that is cohesive and consistent across marketing touchpoints

    Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, set goals, execute campaigns, optimize technology, and measure marketing effectiveness.

    Reporting / Analysis

    Report on and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

    Make recommendations for future testing/optimization on offer, copy/messaging, targeting and segmentation, creative, and communication touchpoints

    Continuously analyze the efficiency of strategies; evaluate results in the context of broader business goals; and make recommendations on how to move the business forward.

    Other Focus Areas

    Nationwide Sweepstakes & Entertainment Partnerships – Crunch has 2-4 nationwide sweepstakes per year, and this person will be responsible for planning the marketing and handling the logistics with the sweepstakes provider and in-house teams.

    Philanthropy – Work closely with key charitable organizations (e.g., Augie’s Quest) on activating Crunch’s support among its membership and prospect base.

    Crunch Media Network – responsible for day-to-day contact with our media network partner to implement the deliverables, such as emails, social media posts, etc.

    Qualifications

    4-7 years of proven track record in marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorship, or relevant experience in a business development role.

    Bachelor's degree required

    Demonstrated experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of strategic partnerships

    Strong collaboration and influencing skills, ability to work side-by-side clearly and consistently across functions and departments, synthesizing multiple points of view into a coherent action plan with senior leaders

    Ability to interpret data and develop hypotheses to drive customer engagement and evolving subsequent testing phases based on new insights

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with the ability to tailor presentations based on the audience

    Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

    An entrepreneurial mindset, a flexible teammate with a sense of urgency, and the ability to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever comes your way

    This is a hybrid position. Must be able to work in the Headquarters office in NYC 3 days per week.
