    The brand rep role is designed to convert marketing strategy into measurable sales outcomes by executing tastings, events, and account-level activations in coordination with the sales team.

    Role Structure

    • Title: Brand Representative
    • Reports To: Marketing Director
    • Works Closely With: Sales team, distributors, retail partners
    • Core Function: Field execution + sales support + performance reporting
    • Marketing owns strategy and metrics. Sales owns accounts.
    • This role ensures consistent execution on the ground.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Schedule and execute tastings, samplings, and in-market activations
    • Represent both brands at retail, on-premise, and events
    • Support priority accounts and new placements alongside sales
    • Assist in driving sell-through at existing accounts
    • Travel with product to support launches and key markets
    • Collect and report field data, account feedback, and performance metrics to Marketing

    The Brand Representative will serve as the field execution arm for both the beverage line and TML, responsible for driving trial, sell-through, and brand presence storefront. This role focuses on consistent in-market activation through tastings, events, and account support, ensuring retailers receive ongoing brand engagement beyond initial placement. By working closely with the sales team and reporting through Marketing, the Brand Representative improves sales effectiveness, creates a repeatable and measurable execution model, and supports scalable growth without adding sales headcount. Performance and activity will be tracked through Marketing with clear expectations and a defined 90-day review period to ensure accountability and results. The Brand Representative will also support day-to-day, social media execution by capturing and sharing content from tastings, events, and retailer activations, providing Marketing with authentic, real-time assets that reinforce brand presence and support broader campaigns.
