We’re a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Brand Representative to join our team.
** Day-to-day activities:**
- Maintain a professional, positive brand image
- Maintain expert knowledge of all OGeez! Products and history to confidently educate consumers, retail staff, and partners on product usage and brand history.
- Conduct store-level staff trainings and product educations to support retail success.
- Host engaging in-store demos, events, and activations while serving as the face of the brand at retail activations, launches, and events.
- Build and maintain strong brand relationships with customers, retail partners, and vendors through routine account check-ins and consistent communication.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in-store, including product placement, displays, signage, and promotions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support and execute campaigns, promotions, and special initiatives as requested.
- Capture high-quality photos and in the field content to document activations, support internal recaps, and contribute to social media storytelling.
- Track demographic activity, sales performance, and in-store observations; gather customer and staff feedback and report actionable insights to the internal team.
- Submit clear, detailed daily reports to the Marketing Manager with a high level of accuracy and insight.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate questions or complaints to the internal team when necessary.
- Participate in trainings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions while contributing positively in various team settings.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
You’ll be a good candidate if you have:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- College degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or related study.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, or related consumer‐focused field preferred.
- Proven track record representing brands in the marketing and event field.
- Experience in the cannabis industry and/or consumer packaged goods (including alcohol sales) preferred.
- An exceptional ability to speak in public and articulate messaging to crowds of various sizes.
- A creative eye for spotting product and consumer trends.
