    Job Description

    Wynn Las Vegas has an in-house 24/7 full-service Entertainment Production Services and Sound & Video Department to accommodate any audio-visual, technical and branding requests associated with convention, exhibit, private, and catered event functions. Customer support for our clients is the number one factor that determines our department’s success.

    Job Summary:

    Reporting to the Assistant Director of Entertainment Productions Services, the Branding Manager will serve as liaison with all hotel departments in relation to the Branding Opportunities we have available for our Convention Clients.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as main contact throughout the entire branding process from concept to final billing.
    • Provide all quotes and estimates with CSM, Catering, EPS manager and/or client.
    • Oversee, along with the CSM, Catering and EPS managers in both selling and promoting our branding opportunities.
    • Work directly with CSM, Catering, EPS manager and/or client to provide all templates, specs, schedules and OneDrive folder to collect all assets for both digital and print.
    • Organize and oversee all print ordering processes both internally and with vendors.
    • Organize and collect all assets and schedule all digital branding.
    • Schedule all branding installations, dismantling and daily digital items.
    • Insure all items are installed and running properly by orders and flows.
    • Work with EPS Administration to ensure all branding invoices are billed and posted properly.
    • Compare invoices from vendors and ensure properly billed and update spreadsheets.
    • Work with graphic designer as needed.
    • Maintain and update branding guide.
    • Effectively manages internal and external guest relations, some of which will require levels of patience, tact and diplomacy. Responsible for addressing guest and team member issues as appropriate.
    • Ensures the department delivers a maximum level of customer service and production value
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Job Experience / Education:

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Required current OSHA 30 General Industry safety card.
    • 1-3 years in a management role at a major convention hotel.
    • Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ability to work under pressure as well as manage and lead technical staff and management.
    • Willing to define, practice and conform to safe working procedures.
    • Knowledge of OSHA health and safety protocols is required.
    • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with proven talents in leadership, safety, and teamwork.
    • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
    • Models a professional and polished appearance as required by company guidelines.
    • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
    • Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
    • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
