Summary:
SpeedPro Addison is a 20-year-old large-format graphics production and installation company specializing in high-impact branding environments, event graphics, and multi-location rollouts. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to oversee production and installation for several key accounts. This role bridges communication between clients, design, production, and installation teams to ensure every project is executed flawlessly — on time, on budget, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage all project phases: quoting, proofs, production, shipping, and installation.
• Coordinate site surveys, logistics, and installations with our nationwide installation partner.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, approvals, and changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using internal tools (Corebridge, shared dashboards, etc.).
• Track deposits, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with finance/admin staff.
Internal Coordination
• Collaborate daily with the Production Manager and Art Director to balance capacity and deadlines.
• Ensure design files meet production standards before printing.
• Review proofs and materials with clients to confirm accuracy and brand compliance.
• Anticipate challenges (e.g., materials, access, permitting) and proactively resolve them.
Quality & Accountability
• Maintain a >95% on-time completion and <5% reprint rate for managed projects.
• Document and report project outcomes and lessons learned.
• Uphold SpeedPro Addison’s reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and partnership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
• 3+ years in project management, production coordination, or account management (preferably in printing, signage, construction, or design industries). Other experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with large-format printing processes, substrates, and installation practices is a plus.
