The End User Support Intern is responsible for supporting BrandMuscle employees with level 1 infrastructure support. Under direct supervision, responsibilities include: * Account creation and management * Hardware, Software, and Phone trouble shooting * Provisioning new employee laptops and accounts * Preparation room organization management Requirements * Working towards a degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a technical degree * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Detail- oriented * Self-starter * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent program debugging skills in Windows * Simple understanding of networks * Familiarity with PC hardware components Preferred Experience * Previous Experience in an IT related field or call center * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud * General networking knowledge * Experience with building computers
