Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience. • Follow-up with leads to increase sales. • Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests. • Conduct lead follow-up activities to create new business as needed. • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs. • Find a home meeting clients needs. • Write a contract that gets accepted! Qualifications: • Real Estate License or awaiting a test date. • Organized and managed time effectively. • Self-motivated and driven. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. • 18 years or older. • High School diploma. • Valid driver's license. • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career. Compensation: $110,000 + commission
