    JOB SUMMARY

    Our Bartenders are friendly and hospitable; they ensure that drinks and food are made to our guests liking. Our bartenders are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our bar guests have the best experience.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

    Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations.

    Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding drinks, food, and service.

    Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.

    Present and serve beverages to guests.

    Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal has been completed.

    Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers.

    Clear and reset counters and tables at conclusion of each guest.

    Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shift, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

    Stock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.

    Work with the hotel team to create and deliver a memorable service experience for guests.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Must be able to mix common cocktails.

    Knowledge of food service regulations.

    Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required.

    Able to easily and quickly lift and carry heavy trays.

    Able to stand for long periods of time.

    Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards.

    Excellent conflict-resolution skills.

    Able to work in fast paced environment.

    Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
