Customer Service for Women's E-Commerce
Must be located in Los Angeles
PART TIME POSITION TO FULL TIME:
(Position will be remote until further notice)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer inquires via phone, email, and online chat.
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general concerns.
- Assist with maintaining and creating records.
- Issue replacement packages for orders, and process refunds.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide advice in customer selection.
- Be knowledgable about the product and answer questions regarding style, fit, color, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient on Macs
- Experience utilizing Magento 2 and Shopify or other digital assets management systems
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Outstanding communication skills, independent, detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Interest in women's fashion
