Our family is in need of an experienced, responsible and compassionate caregiver who is willing to be dedicated to the needs of my daughter Chloe (11) and my son Liam (8 almost 9). I am a single mom and need a caregiver who assists in activities of daily life and more importantly, the wellbeing of my children beyond the to-do list. Our family needs a dedicated and grounded individual. We want someone who is willing to have a positive impact in a family who needs it. We live in a peaceful part of Queen Anne in a comfortable but fast paced household. My kids go to school locally in Queen Anne within minutes of our home. On Monday and Friday I have the opportunity to work mostly from home. My main needs are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There are days when I will need additional help on Monday and Tuesday as well but that's something we can discuss as we move forward. On Tuesday the hours will be 215-6, Wednesday 1-6, and Thursday 2:15-6. I work 9-5 in Redmond and will be home by 6. I need someone to assist in picking my kids up from school, though close so you will need to have your own vehicle. I'd like to see that you have car insurance, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. After school it is important that the kids get homework and responsibilities done before play. Our caregiver needs to be someone who is motivated to present with my kids. Ideally our caregiver would be creative and willing to play with the kids weather it's an activity you come up with, go to the park, jumping on trampoline or crafting. Light household cleaning would be nice. Specifically, I need someone to assist the kids putting their homework, backpack, folders/papers, lunch box, shoes and jacket in the appropriate place and picking up after making snacks, etc. If you feel confident in your ability to provide structure and support the needs of our family please apply. I am looking to hire someone as soon as possible. I am able to provide a wage of $15/hr at 12.5 hours of guaranteed work with the possibility to work a couple hours on Monday and Friday as needed. I need someone who is committed from now (beginning of school year) until the end of the school year in June.
