SUMMARY

Brandzooka is actively seeking a junior associate who will develop an understanding of digital advertising and creative selling ideas (sales & marketing) to forge business relationships with a variety of small to medium-sized businesses (SMB's) & ad agencies (SMA's). This SaaS sales & marketing position embodies both outbound lead prospecting, strategic content planning, and process refinement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn the multi-departmental responsibilities of the organization.
• Work within the sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
• Maintain efficient outbound sales strategies. Prospect + book discovery calls on a rolling basis.
• Collaborate with marketing to create marketing campaigns, strategy, and asset creation.
• Build a strong understanding of all aspects of the digital advertising industry with an emphasis on programmatic.
• Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Brandzooka.
• Show up with a good attitude and a lust to learn and absorb.

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergrad or recent graduate with relevant coursework experience (Advertising, Marketing, Business).
• Flexibility to work in-office and remotely. (80/20 ⧫ office/virtual)
• Solid communication (verbal and virtual) and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle projects in a professional and timely manner.
• Proactive and willing to learn attitude.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus! (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Eager to contribute to a fast-growing company. Full-time employment may be extended depending on performance and attitude.

COMPENSATION

• Three credits + 18/hr
• 2-3 days/week
• June to mid-August
