Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist clients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their clients.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking

Medication reminders

Meal prep and monitor food intake

Light housekeeping

Transportation

Socialization

Qualifications

18 years or older

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift heaving objects

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work with limited supervision

Compassionate, respectful, ethical
