    SUMMARY: The Marketing Operations Assistant supports the marketing team by managing and optimizing various marketing processes and systems. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage, prioritize, and support project management tasks, ownership, versioning control, workflow, and task follow up
    • Coordinate social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for multiple businesses within our organization
    • Review and assign internal marketing requests, communicating with the marketing leadership team to provide timely responses to requestors
    • Support the office of the Chief of Staff with vendor outreach, form submissions, event requests and assist with any onsite logistics and execution
    • Develop content for and maintain updates to be made to company sites by performing monthly audits to sites
    • Communicate new marketing materials / assets with cross-functional teams
    • Reconcile and submit weekly / monthly expenses including vendor and third-party invoices that pertain to Marketing and Operations as directed by the Chief of Staff
    • Regularly manage platform reviews on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms for all companies
    • Manage FAQs and updating them regularly on all sites
    • Monitoring weekly and monthly data and reporting regularly to the Chief of Staff
    • Coordinating design work with internal and external Graphic Design team(s)
    • Placing orders for printed materials and proofing final versions before submitting to the Chief of Staff for final approval
    • Keep abreast of brand standards and the competition's products and strengths to continually improve revenues and profit margins while maintaining quality
    • Oversee the compilation and analyze various company reports and property reports to provide management with accurate information and to comply with corporate policies and procedures as well as government laws and regulations
    • Complete all required and requested reporting in a timely and accurate manner
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Two-years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
    • Ability to provide proof of work projects.
    • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office suite of products including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Preferred Experience:
      1. Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
      2. Tourism industry
      3. G-Suite
      4. SharePoint
      5. Google Drive
      6. Event planning
