Job Title: Breakfast Attendant
Position Summary: The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the daily breakfast service to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience for all guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up breakfast items according to hotel standards.
Ensure food and beverage supplies are consistently stocked during service hours.
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and inform management of needed supplies.
Clean up and store breakfast items after service.
Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with hotel staff to provide excellent guest service.
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
