Responsibilities:

• Maintain Locker room in a clean, hygienic and orderly manner
• Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry throughout the day
• Explain robe and no smoking policy
• Cleans showers, toilets, floors and vanity area
• Check and clean each locker upon each guest’s departure
• Restocks amenities on a regular basis
• Completes locker room daily pre-opening and closing procedures checklist
• Assists the staff with the guest’s movements with the Spa pre and post treatment
• Assists the staff with cleaning and restocking the treatment rooms when needed
• Maintains a clean, hygienic and tidy relaxation area environment
• Promotes retail product sales to guests
• Adheres to dress code and grooming standards
• Attends product knowledge training sessions when required

Qualifications required:

• Responsible for the performance of a professional manner under pressure
• Must be flexible in work scheduling
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays if scheduled
• Have a mature attitude, and good interaction skills with co-workers
• Be dependable and be able to perform strenuous physical labor
