EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION COORDINATOR

Brattleboro Housing Partnerships is accepting resumes for the Employment and Education Coordinator (EEC) position. The position is grant funded annually through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The full time EEC position is responsible for all duties and activities under the program model and ensures that all program objectives and measures are achieved. Applicants must have strong computer skills including being proficient in Microsoft office applications, social media methods, and video communication platforms. Applicants must have demonstrated interpersonal skills, solid professional boundaries and experience working with individuals experiencing poverty.

Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting in program development to meet the needs of participants, individualized goal development and participant guidance through community partner collaborations, service connections and participant support through on-going meetings. This is a great opportunity to join BHP’s amazing Wellness and Supportive Services Team.
