    Our client is Atlanta’s premier in town Emergency Service and Restoration company that’s been in business for 20 years. They are looking for a talented professional Business Developer to target Assisted Living facility Decision Makers across the Greater Atlanta market.  They will be selling the Reconstruction and Remediation Services by positioning our client on the preferred vendors list to be contacted when an insurance claim event occurs.

    Some of the key duties of this position include the following:

    • Build a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a premier experience.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective business to business clients.
    • Create and prioritize strategic target accounts list.
    • Sign-Up accounts (individual buildings) for a catastrophe plan
    • Schedule and Host Meet and Greets at our Corporate offices/warehouse with prospective Assisted Living Property Managers and decision makers.
    • Research and build new accounts. (i.e. adding contacts to CRM, sending introductory and follow up emails as needed to onboard clients, scheduling calls and meetings as needed.)
    • Learn and be able to explain to clients how the company differs from its competitors. Be able to define and sell a Catastrophe Plan (Cat-plan).
    • Conduct high level conversation with senior executives in prospect account meetings.
    • Focus on researching and bringing on clients in the assisted living vertical
    • Maintain active engagement with existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the company and its services.
    • Participate and assist in planning Marketing events (i.e. GSLA, BOMA, etc.)
    • Work with Sales & Marketing Coordinator and other Business Development team members as needed.
    • Train on DASH and ZOHO (CRMs).
    • Use reporting and tracking features to build target lists and track key performance indicators (i.e. Cat-plans, Meet and Greets, etc.)
    • Maintain tracking via Marketing Scorecards on a regular basis.
    • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
    • Attend meetings and be able to debrief the team on updates and progress with Business Development activities.

    Requirements:

    • At least two (2) years experience building relationships with condominium property managers.
    • Proficient on a computer and cell phone
    • Proficient with Microsoft office (outlook, word, basic excel)
    • Ability to learn and use a CRM.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary targeting $60-70k plus Commission Structure uncapped. ($15-35k commissions expected year 1)
