    Job Title: Sales Manager, Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal

    Location: Cleveland, Ohio

    Compensation:
    Base salary targeting $90k plus bonus/profit share program up to 30% of base salary, Take Home Vehicle, PTO to include Vacation and Holidays, 401k Match, Laptop, Cell and Health Insurance.

    Our client is a reputable Residential and Commercial Landscape company with extensive experience in the Cleveland, Ohio market.
    They provide full service maintenance services to include mowing, irrigation, gardening along with design/build services and snow removal.

    They are looking for a Sales Manager who can manage 4 Sales Representatives who manage a book of landscape maintenance accounts and sell enhancements to high end residential clients and commercial properties such as HOA’s or other commercial properties.

    The company boasts a client retention rate around 85% which they want to improve that to the 90's.

    They also want to identify and target new prospects with their marketing and sales process in order to grow the maintenance and snow removal businesses recurring revenue streams.

    Essentially, this position will manage all recurring revenue streams and has the room to grow to oversee all of the revenue of the company in the future to include Design/Build.

    This position will be responsible for growing revenue by finding, presenting, closing and retaining Maintenance Contracts, Enhancement Sales and Snow Removal services.

    They will develop a strategy to target the defined client profile, develop a process for managing the client renewal process, develop or refine the process for the client price increase process, develop and train sales representatives, use their existing systems to use data to improve overall sales and synergies to win opportunities and look at the overall marketing strategy, tools and budget to provide improvements to the overall marketing and sales success.

    Our client is growing and has reached the $12mm plus in revenue mark in 2023 of which $4mm plus is maintenance. This company has been in the local market for years, they retain their employees, have a very solid work atmosphere, utilizes H2B Visas and operate on Aspire and Pipedrive software.

    Job Duties:

    • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
    • Manage a team of Sales Representatives to ensure that revenue goals are met while improving the client experience.
    • Manage via KPI’s that are established 
    • Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
    • Ensure the renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
    • Train Sales Representatives on how to identify and pursue new maintenance opportunities and sell ancillary services.
    • Evaluate and approve estimates to make sure the achieve the accepted Gross Margins
    • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
    • Train how to develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
    • Run various KPI reports within the system to identify any trends that should be addressed
    • Hold weekly meetings with Sales Representatives to discuss successes, challenges and goals.
    • Utilize Aspire and Pipedrive software
    • Develop pipelines to keep track of potential sales opportunities
    • Review existing marketing plan and identify areas of improvement to implement
