Our client is a well established design/build residential and commercial landscape company that has been servicing the New Orleans general market for the past 20 years.

The company has a division that designs and builds landscape and outdoor environments for high end residential clients.  These typically include general landscape packages, patios, brick/stone pathways, stairs, outdoor kitchens, gazebos, outdoor living rooms, water features, retaining walls, exterior lighting, irrigation, etc.  Projects range from $20k up to over $1mm in size.

They want to hire a licensed Landscape Architect who can meet with residential clients and sell their design/build services.  

The company has designers on staff and is constantly getting leads from referrals and other sources as they are known for quality design and workmanship. 

This landscape architect is responsible for meeting prospective clients, developing a scope and budget, sketching options based upon the desires of the client versus the defined budget, material selection, full set of plans when required and will handle inspections throughout the construction phase to make sure the design is being implemented.

This position comes with a Base Salary, 6% commission on Gross Profit, Company Vehicle, Health Benefits, PTO, Cell, Laptop, Continued education or certifications.

We are willing to relocate a candidate if they are from out of state.
