    Professional Land Surveyor

    BraveView Inc. has been hired by a civil engineering and land surveying firm located in Norcross, Georgia currently seeking an experienced Licensed Land Surveyor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate survey projects from inception to completion
    • Manage and perform AutoCad Civil 3D tasks in the preparation of Construction, ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, and Special Surveys; Legal Descriptions, and Surveying Exhibits
    • Prepare and manage construction layout calculations for field staff

    Requirements:

    • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Georgia
    • 5+ years relevant experience
    • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017 or higher
    • Excellent oral and technical written communication skills for client contact
    • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects

    The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Survey Director in preparation of boundary surveys, topographic surveys, utility surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Surveys, Final Plats and the reduction of field data. Applicants should have a well-rounded background with 5 years of experience in both land surveying field and office experience. The successful candidate must have a strong background in Auto Cad Civil 3-D. Additionally, the candidate must have a high-level understanding of land surveying theory, ALTA Standards and strong attention to detail. Must have an exceptional ability to prioritize and proactively communicate with office staff and clients as appropriate.
