Bravura Therapy is a boutique team-based private practice focused on the growth and wellbeing of our clinicians and clients. We are adding licensed therapists in part-time and full-time capacities at our Lincoln Park office. This is a W-2 position requiring evening and/or weekend availability to build a minimum caseload of 8 weekly sessions. Preference is given to candidates qualified to serve couples, families, and individuals. This is a benefits-eligible position. Once a full-time caseload is achieved, we offer health insurance and cover a percentage of your premiums. We encourage a mix of in-office and telehealth opportunities to support your work/life balance. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of postgraduate experience and values both autonomy and collaboration. They have experience working in community mental health, hospital, or group practice settings. They are open, honest, and dependable with strong communication and organizational skills. They enjoy the collaborative experience of being a part of a group but don't want to be micromanaged. PPO health insurance is available to full-time employees. We are a trauma-informed, anti-racist practice and encourage therapists of all identities and life experiences to apply. We provide credentialing, referrals, marketing, billing, and consultation so you can focus on providing the best clinical care possible. Consideration will be given to unlicensed candidates with experience. Supervision would be provided by an LMFT. $57 - $72 per clinical hour depending on licensure Responsibilities: • Provide trauma-informed, client-centered individual (and couple/family if qualified) therapy to clients with a range of identities and experiences in our Lincoln Park office and via telehealth • Complete all required client outreach and scheduling tasks once a referral is provided by the practice to build your caseload • Write precise, succinct assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in a timely manner • Attend monthly virtual (and occasionally in-person) staff consultations to get support in your work and support others Qualifications: • Professional Licensure preferred: LMFT, LCSW, LCPC • Provisional Licensure considered with experience (supervision provided by LMFT) • Written and verbal communication skills • Time management and organization skills • Open and Affirming style that understands the effects of personal and societal trauma on our clients Compensation: $57 - $72 per clinical hour
