Our company has an immediate position for a 3+ years’ experience Bookkeeper.

If you are an experienced bookkeeper and highly motivated team player looking for a full-time position with a growing local company this position might interest you.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:

·         Experience bookkeeper (3 years minimum)

·         Advanced knowledge in Quick books, Excel and Word (Google sheet a plus)

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Data Entry

·         Account receivable and payable

·         Prepare reports

BOOKKEEPER QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

·         Developing Standards

·         Analyzing Information

·         Dealing with Complexity

·         Reporting Research Results

·         Data Entry Skills

·         Accounting knowledge a plus

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

·         Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
