Luxz Painting & Construction Services is expanding our presence in Brazoria County and is seeking a driven, goal-oriented Brazoria District Manager to lead multiple crews, oversee production, and drive performance across our residential painting and home service projects within the district.

This is not an entry-level role. Qualified candidates only. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in home services, sales process, and field production management. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously Oversee production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget Maintain strict quality control standards Drive attainment of revenue and performance goals Handle difficult situations professionally with clients and team members Present well in front of homeowners and represent the company professionally Support and reinforce the company’s sales process Ensure projects align with scope, materials, and expectations Maintain strong organization across multiple active projects Qualifications (Qualified Candidates Only):

MUST have residential painting and/or construction experience Proven leadership experience Strong organizational skills Tenacity and goal-oriented mindset Background in sales process (preferred) Experience in home services (required) Production and operations knowledge Experience managing multiple crews and job items Valid driver’s license Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Training & Support: We provide structured training on our systems, processes, and workflow to ensure you are set up for success. While industry experience is required, you will receive hands-on guidance to learn how we operate and deliver our standard of service.
