You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Work all live events (typically 1 per month) • Following up with existing clients • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat • Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions • Help customers navigate BFA's website (breakfreeacademy.com ) and place orders online • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service • 100/10/2 Rule to be followed each day (100 outbound contacts, 10 conversations, 2 set appointments for the sales team) Qualifications: Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Previous work in a customer-facing position High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support • Dedicated to excellent attendance • Bring Your Own Device (Computer, Smartphone, Tablet) Compensation: $50,000
