Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards

Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealing

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations

Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service

Handle food handling duties including plating, portioning, and presentation of breakfast offerings

Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing

Busing tables and clearing dishes efficiently to maintain a tidy dining environment

Restock supplies and assist with meal preparation as needed

Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred; experience with kitchen work or food preparation is a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent guest relations

Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous

Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette for guest interactions over the phone or in person

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed; prior banquet or catering experience is beneficial

Basic knife skills, food handling knowledge, and familiarity with dietary accommodations are desirable
