We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join the Best Western Plus Secaucus team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional service to ensure an enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for service, ensuring all food items are fresh and attractively presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including replenishing food items, utensils, and beverages as needed.
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with any questions or special requests they may have.
- Ensure that the breakfast area complies with health and safety standards.
- Assist in taking inventory and notifying management of any shortages in supplies or food items.
- Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables promptly for new guests.
- Provide a positive guest experience by responding promptly to requests and offering assistance.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast hours.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attentive to detail, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
