Set up and maintain the breakfast area , including arranging food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
Prepare basic food items such as fruit, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, or beverages (depending on the property).
Ensure food safety and cleanliness by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines.
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and assist with any special requests.
Monitor buffet items and restock food and beverages as needed to keep items fresh and available.
Clean and sanitize tables, counters, equipment, and serving stations throughout and after service.
Maintain inventory of breakfast items and communicate supply needs to management.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
