Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and clean dining environment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards and recipes.

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service.

Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any inquiries or requests.

Monitor food quality and freshness, replenishing items as necessary during service hours.

Operate the Aloha POS system for any transactions related to breakfast services.

Maintain compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary skills is a plus.

Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha or OpenTable, is advantageous.

Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service.
